The data from the study shows that C-suite executives are increasingly expected to have technical skills such as advanced-tech knowledge in addition to cognitive and social soft skills.

Also increasingly in demand are high-tech “hard” technical skills needed to lead in increasingly digitalised terrain awash in emerging technologies.
